Northpoint Christian School is committed to recruiting and retaining outstanding faculty, staff and administrators who are certified and well qualified in their respective fields. The NCS faculty averages 18 years of teaching experience.
Faculty and staff demonstrate their relationship with Jesus Christ daily, and are committed to faithful church membership. Many of our faculty members and administrators hold master’s degrees, and all have a heart for young people. They understand the importance of serving as a positive role models for students.
Currently, 15 alumni serve on our NCS faculty and staff, which is a testimony to our mission and serves as an encouragement to our other dedicated faculty, staff and administrators.
